The progress I have made in my golf game was quite surprising. I am hitting my 7 iron 30 yards farther than I did a year ago and I can hit the ball straighter due to the improvement in my flexibility and core strength. I can do things I haven’t been able to do for years because of her training.  Erin’s knowledge is amazing and she has taught me all kinds of skills about health and wellness and has helped me to target specific muscle groups that are involved in golf. Overall the improvements in my core strength, balance and flexibility have made my golf swing longer and smoother. 
 
For me the best thing is the improvement in my overall functional fitness.  My quickness and reactivity to real life situations that might require it, has dramatically improved.
 
As for my game, Ive consistently been able to take one stroke off per hole since Ive started working with Erin!
